Directions:
Bear Creek is located about 50 miles east of Portland. Go out 84E to Cascade
Locks and take the Cascade Locks exit – Go over “The Bridge of The Gods” into
Washington and turn right on Hwy. 14 – go through Stevenson (about 2 miles from
the bridge) and stay on 14 another couple of miles to the Carson turnoff to the
left (Wind River Hwy). Go North and straight through stop signs and stay on
Wind River Highway past High Sierra Lumber, the service station and out of town
about ˝ mile, you will cross the High Bridge –(Wind River flows under the
bridge). About a mile past the bridge, you will come to yellow sign indicating
road on right – this is Bear Creek Road – turn right and go 2 miles to Bear
Creek Lane – there is a log house on the right – turn right onto Bear Creek Lane
and go cross the bridge (about 100 yards down the lane) and you are on my
property. You will see the metal building and parking area to the right. The
gate should be unlocked. See Ya there!!
